Aeriae to guest mix on 2SER's 'In The Abstract' June 10 (2017)

I have agonisingly crafted an hour long Twin Peaks-inspired mix for the Monday June 12 episode of Sydney 2SER's (107.3 FM) In The Abstract radio show, hosted by Dennis de Caires. The show goes from 10PM to midnight and my mix begins at 10:30PM. Tonally it ranges from the angelic to the weird to the frightening. That's the Twin Peaks aesthetic. You'll hear music from bands like Seefeel and, from computer games like Silent HIll, Dino Crisis and Burn:Cycle, from avant garde jazz musos turned producers like Basil Kirchin, and from me both as Aeriae and half of Thallium & Milo. And you'll hear a piece of music from 1990's Twin Peaks. Thanks much to Dennis for inviting me.

Victris a PBS-FM recommended album, plus other radio action

Victris was one of PBS's (106.7 FM) recommended albums for the week starting Monday September 8. I also heard Revered Daughter on JJJ's The Soundlab and FBi FM last week.

New Aeriae remix: CHAINGANG's 'Get Off My Stage' playing on FBi

CHAINGANG are my fave Sydney rockers and just one of my favourite bands. I wasn't sure if remixing them would work, or if it the result could be an Aeriae track anyway, but it did and it could be respectively. That great institution FBi are also gonna spin it some.

Media bits: Indie Revolution and Wonkavision print ad

NY's The Indie Revolution played AMay this weekend. It's the first track in their broadcast / podcast for Sunday 11th August, 2008.

There's also a cool Aeriae ad in Wonkavision Magazine #42, which is out on the stands now.
Check it out on the Press page.

Aeriae remix of Catcall's 'August' playing on FBi

I heard Catcall's 'August' on FBi over summer and was immediately a big fan of the track. I did a remix of the track in January; Catcall was well chuffed. The remix is now doing the rounds on FBi FM.

Aeriae on radio

Radio stations recently playing Aeriae:

Hold R1 enters rotation on FBi 94.5 FM

The spiffing folk at FBi (94.5 FM in the Sydney area) told me yesterday that Hold R1 would be going into rotation on the station this coming week. They even called to check up on the pronunciation of 'Aeriae'; THAT is how radical they are.
